Winstrol (Stanozolol) is a DHT derivative with a unique pyrazole A-ring modification — the only AAS with a pyrazole ring. 320:30 anabolic:androgenic ratio. Does not aromatize. Available in oral and injectable forms. QSC Peptides offers 10mg, 25mg, 50mg tablets and 50mg/mL injectable — ≥99% purity, free USA shipping.
Stanozolol (Winstrol) is a DHT derivative with a uniquely modified A-ring — a pyrazole ring has been fused at the 2,3-position, creating 17α-methyl-5α-androstano[3,2-c]pyrazol-17β-ol. This makes stanozolol the only AAS with a pyrazole ring structure, conferring distinctive pharmacological properties.
The pyrazole modification prevents aromatization and produces a receptor binding profile distinct from other DHT derivatives. Stanozolol also notably does not bind the sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) — or rather, it displaces testosterone from SHBG binding, increasing free testosterone availability in research models.
Stanozolol is unusual in that both its oral and injectable forms are 17α-alkylated (unlike testosterone where the injectable avoids first-pass). The injectable aqueous suspension is the same molecule as the tablets, not an ester. This means injectable Winstrol's half-life (~24 hours) is primarily determined by its aqueous depot absorption rate, not ester hydrolysis.
Stanozolol binds SHBG with high affinity and can displace other steroids, increasing the free fraction of co-administered AAS. This makes it a valuable tool in research on SHBG binding competition, free vs bound steroid activity, and multi-compound pharmacokinetic studies.
